Learning Exchanges

Awareness and skills needed to improve the living conditions of the Shack Dwellers are shared during local, national and international exchanges. From these exchanges Namibian communities learned how to save daily, collect information, map and plan settlements. In these exchanges on local, regional, national and international level the members are exchanging and learning about bookkeeping and auditing, construction methods, gardening, service installation etc. Most importantly communities in informal settlements have realized they have the ability to change things for the better and can do that for themselves.
